Pricing
Hourly Billing
Billing rates are half that of the big law competition because we cut out the overhead you don’t need. Hourly billing is straightforward and efficient and we keep you apprised of the fee balance throughout the course of the transaction so there are no surprises.
Flexible Rates
Standard rates can be adjusted for some scopes of work. Additionally, we utilize rate codes that are tied to tasks by timekeeper. For example, an administrative task (such as a filing) which is performed by an attorney would be billed at the administrative rate not the attorney rate.
Fixed Fee & Caps
When you need certainty of cost and the matter and scope of work are limited, we can accommodate fixed fee arrangements and fee caps. We are always incentivized to provide quality service at fair prices.
Alternative Fee Arrangements
Are you a cattle farmer and prefer to pay in organic, grass fed beef? Do you own a landscaping company where it is easier to exchange your services than pay in cash? Want to pay your fees with a conveyance of equity interests in a real estate holding company?
